I ran across your site and I was surprised how much I picked up from your article. I am the real estate and home construction business. I specialize in building custom homes through the state of Louisiana. I was president of another construction company…. BUT they refused to customize the homes for the customers, they had 5 model homes and wouldn’t make even the smallest changes to satisfy the customer. I started about 2 years ago and business has been Great. People want their Dream Home, even if its fancy modeling and marble or stained wood floors.
